Original 1940s 40s Brown Felt Hat with Pleated Detail By New York Creations rare Shepard’s Shoes was established inThis fabulous hat was made from brown fur felt in the 1940s. It features a small brim that is upturned in an asymmetrical style at the front. The top of the crown was made from a sheer netting fabric, which was also used to add a stunning pleated features in the side of the hat. Inside, there is a brown grosgrain hat band and the hat has a makers label for City Paris as well as the desirable New York Creations tag. Size: 21 The hat is in very good
