It features the strong padded shoulders of the early wartime silhouette and a wonderful pleated swag that runs across the waist. The pieces has been covered in delicate black beaded swirls throughout, leaving only the small collar, placket and swag unadorned. Two black buttons and some hidden poppers fasten the blouse at the bust and hooks hold the swag in place
