There is a sweet ribbon accent on the top and a narrow ribbon band above the brim that ends in a semi bow in back. Made of imported velour, in Italy. There are two small hair combs attached to the sides to keep the hat securely on your head. From the 1940s or early 50s. Very good condition. It measures 21. 5" in circumference and 4" in height. * Proud member of the Vintage
