It features cross over straps that can be adjusted (re laced) at the back to be worn straight down the back if preferred. The straps are laced through 5 sets of cotton lycra loops and can be loosened or tightened for the perfect fit. The frilled skirt at the base of the dress has 8 pieces of medium weight cotton lycra with 4 of them hemmed with lace. This dress can be pulled up with cinchers at the side to
