Patterned high sheen raffia indented at the edge to create a band. Crown has a self button and some short narrow grosgrain streamers. Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 187 inches. Excellent condition showing no wear or age.
