70's Navy and White Flowy Tunic 80s plus size Fabulous relic from the seventiesthis Top, I would Say is from the 70s or 80s, it's very Flowy and has belled sleeves, In the design pattern is awesome! It appears to be handmade and there's no size or tag but I would say it is a plus size. The width across the middle is 31 inches and it is a Hi low tunic.
