I love all the little details on this piece, from the scalloped neckline to the double tie strap and matching belt to the layered hem. Very good vintage conditionthere is a very slight marking that blends into the stitching of one of the front scallops, and slight discoloration on the back of the skirtboth so subtle they couldnt be picked up in
