The coat is new, the tag is still attached. The belt is missing and the coat is wrinkled from the previous owner putting it away improperly. I have had the coat a year and a lot of the wrinkles have fallen out. The material is a mohair fleece wool nylon blend. Its fully lined, has slight shoulder pads, and pockets. The large black buttons are hidden. 39 inches
