70's Dark Brown Wide Brimmed Cloche Hat by Winner classic shorts designed for snow ski1970's brown velour wide brim hat. Deep stitched down crown wrapped with a double band of taupe vinyl with a side gold buckle. Crown rises 4 inches, front brim is 3 1 2 inches, 2 3 4 inches in the back. Interior is finished with the standard grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 22 inches and there is a size tag of 22. Label is Winner. Excellent condition with no issues.
