The skirt is full and pleated. The colors are still bright and vibrant. The fabric is a soft cotton and a button and zipper close up the side. The skirt came from my favorite second hand store in town and every sale goes to support students' scholarships, so I always try to buy from this store! The brand is Adelaar and they were making mostly blouses in the
