In her honor, this Farmstead beer is made with organic Vermont spelled, American hops, Vermont wildflower honey, dandelion flowers from our fields, our farm yeast and water from our spring. The result, aged in French oak wine barrels and bottled, is an elegant, luminous representation of spring in Vermont:
