In 2004, Emmanuel Biscaye took over from his father and has since made a significant contribution to these wines. He modernized various aspects of the business and planted his long loved Chardonnay just south of Montpellier. The vineyard is located near the sea, giving this white wine its beautifully distinct style. The Chardonnay vineyard is now 14 years old and is
