Situated on sunny slopes, this vineyard boasts a unique soil composition of weathered granite, low in nutrients. This forces the vines to root deeply, resulting in a wine of exceptional complexity and a subtle saline minerality. Several grape varieties, including Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot
