He competed in the Napolitana STG Pizza category and have placed 92nd, while also achieving 17th place in “The Fastest” category for opening 5 pizza doughs, among a competition involving participants from many countries.\nWith 7 years of hands-on pizza-making experience, including professional work as a pizzaiolo at multiple pizzerias overseas, Chef Zaini brings real-world knowledge in dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, baking, oven control, and pizza showmanship.\nThis class will focus on Traditional Neapolitan Pizza STG, covering the fundamentals of dough making, fermentation, slapping technique, stretching, transfer, turning, and oven management.
