The set has initials and date, AH and EH and the date April 12, 1828 1878. So the set has been used as a golden wedding gift. The set features finely decorated lions in overglaze, fine flower vines and beautiful shiny gold edges. There is a little wear on the gold, but otherwise in perfect condition.
