
Contemporary Neapolitan Pizza Class (9 May)
We provide proper Neapolitan pizza training with authentic Neapolitan pizza techniques according to regulations and contemporary style. We use proper Neapolitan pizza ovens from portable, mid size to big ovens for you to try in the class.
We will focus this class on Contemporary Neapolitan Pizza with indirect dough while also covering some aspects of Traditional Neapolitan Pizza.
This class is in English and Bahasa Melayu. We can adjust based on the audience.
You will learn:

✅Proper flour, cheese, tomato, yeast selection for STG and Contemporary Neapolitan

✅Learn pizza toppings, condiment recipes
✅Use proper Neapolitan pizza ovens (400C – 450C)
✅Stretch, transfer and turning techniques in Neapolitan pizza oven
