The pottery, stoneware jug, features a wonderful smooth and tactile glaze in subtle marble effect yellow tones. Inscribed on the base: SWEDEN CHS SYE (Model Number). I find the design absolutely stunning and the vase incredibly tactile. The jug is in very good vintage condition. Biography from The British Museum: Carl Harry Stalhane was a
