Darshan, an exceptionally densely planted vineyard (ranging from 11,300 to 22,600 vines per hectare), is located next to our house and honors our esteemed mentor and Bindi founder, Bill Dhillon. The 2017 vintage offers a complex bouquet of wild strawberry, black cherry, dried flowers, leather, and a hint of prune. After seven years, the palate has
