3.5x5 Antique Fine Farahan Sarouk Rug Size:3'4" x 4'9" From afar it almost looks:: Oversized center medallion with double tiered finials at either end atop a covered field of delicately drawn and nuanced thin vinery interconnecting all blossoms and buds. Corner spandrel overlays reciprocate the contour of the main medallion in vivid abrashed shades of blue. A very finely woven example with soft kork wool. Although identified as a Farahan Sarouk, there are characteristics of this which appear closely aligned to Mohtashem Kashan
