the other is 12 mm with 4 feet although that the central part the actual mounting holes are lower

This is the headblock assembly  From a Fostex B16 1/2 inch machine

for most people if not all they just need the arm assembly as rest is inside the unit

These are in good condition I have a scratched one at half the price sometimes come in
