Initially matured in refill hogsheads the spirit was then moved to rare Banyuls wine casks on the 15th of July 2019 for a three years finish

The finest barley is malted with high levels of peat smoke at 57ppm. Then the spirit was matured in first fill oak casks with time spent finishing in first fill sherry hogsheads.
