Maurin Quina Le Puy Aperitif 750ml Spiced Rum Philip de Royan in 1699This gorgeous fortified aperitif has a base of aromatized wine and is made in Burgundy, France. It has a beautiful dark pink color, is light to medium in weight, and has notes of sweet cherries, Maraschino cherry (but not as sweet), lemon pith and zest, and almonds. With mild sweetness and balanced acidity, this is an excellent addition to a Gin and Tonic, as a replacement for vermouth in cocktails, in a Coke Float, or alone as a dessert in a glass.
