
Traditional Neapolitan Pizza Class (12 May)
We provide proper Neapolitan pizza training with authentic Neapolitan pizza techniques according to regulations. We use proper Neapolitan pizza ovens from portable, mid size to big ovens for you to try in the class.
Mr. Zaini will teach the class focusing on Traditional Neapolitan Pizza (STG), tips and tricks on making the dough, fermentation, slapping technique, stretching, oven management etc. He will also share his knowledge on freestyle pizza / pizza acrobatics.
This class is in English and Bahasa Melayu. We can adjust based on the audience.

✅Proper flour, cheese, tomato, yeast selection for STG
✅Dough theory, recipes, fermentation strategies (direct dough)

✅Use proper Neapolitan pizza ovens (400C – 450C)
✅Stretch, transfer and turning techniques in Neapolitan pizza oven
