Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through CHIP Payment Gateway. By completing a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of payment.

1. Accepted Payment Methods (Malaysia)

For customers located in Malaysia, payments may be made using any of the following methods:

FPX Online Banking
Local Credit and Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard)
E-Wallets, including Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Maybank QRPay
DuitNow QR (Online)

2. Accepted Payment Methods (International)

For customers located outside Malaysia , payments are accepted only via Foreign Credit or Debit Cards under Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro networks.

Other payment methods, including FPX and local e-wallets, are not available for international transactions.

3. Multi-Currency Transactions

We support multiple currencies, including Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), United States Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), and British Pound (GBP).
The applicable currency will be determined automatically based on the customer’s billing address at the time of payment.

4. Payment Authorization

All payments must be authorized and approved by the respective financial institution or payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if payment authorization cannot be verified or is deemed suspicious.
