Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy for all items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What can be returned?
  • Unused item: Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Wrong product: If you discover that an incorrect product has been delivered, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Item: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund as deemed appropriate.
What can't be returned?
  • Change Of Mind: Requests for refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted. No return or refund will be processed in such cases.
  • Used item: As stated above, returns are only accepted for unused equipment and unopened frozen pizza dough that remain in their original packaging and condition. Once an item has been used, installed, or opened, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Customers are advised to inspect their orders upon delivery and notify us immediately if any item is found to be defective or incorrect.
How to return an item

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Additional notes
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are damaged or show signs of misuse.
