All shipments are handled with care and dispatched using Line Clear Express or other reputable courier and freight partners, depending on the item’s size, weight, and destination.
1. Delivery Coverage
We offer nationwide and international shipping.
Within Malaysia: We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Worldwide: We also ship to international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the country and courier service used.

2. Delivery Timeframe (Malaysia)

Next-Day Delivery (Peninsular Malaysia):
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (noon) are processed and shipped on the same day for next-day delivery, subject to stock availability and courier capacity.

Orders After 12:00 p.m.:
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):
Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier schedule.
Please note that weekends, public holidays, or remote areas may affect delivery timelines.
3. International Delivery
For international orders, shipping timeframes vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, and courier availability.

4. Bulky and Heavy Items
For large or heavy products, such as brick ovens or industrial equipment, we may arrange delivery using lorry transport (within Malaysia) or freight forwarding services (for international orders).
Our logistics team will contact you to coordinate the most suitable and cost-effective shipping option.
Customers are encouraged to WhatsApp us directly for personalized assistance and delivery arrangements.
5. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, a
tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp. You may track your parcel through
Line Clear Express or the respective courier’s tracking system for international shipments.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.
7. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions may affect delivery schedules.
Adella Ovens shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
