This class will focus mainly on Contemporary Neapolitan Pizza using indirect dough, while also covering important elements of Traditional Neapolitan Pizza.
The class will be conducted in English and Bahasa Melayu, and we can adjust according to the audience.

✅ How to use proper Neapolitan pizza ovens at 400°C–450°C
✅ Stretching, transferring, turning, and baking techniques inside a Neapolitan pizza oven
